For those in the Ottawa, Canada area, you’re invited to a launch of My Limitless Life at Carmelito Cafe on December 1 from 5 – 7 PM. My Limitless Life chronicles the story of Karen Meades, the third Canadian woman to conquer the 4 Deserts Ultramarathon Series. An ultramarathon is 155 miles or 250 kilometers of running (slogging) in the world’s harshest conditions in a week and Karen will be on hand to tell her story and sign copies.
I’m proud to have written this book and even prouder to say it’s full of adventure, humor, drama, and most of all, inspiration.
