My biggest reward for writing is the satisfaction of knowing that people are reading and appreciating my work. I love the writing process and everything that goes into it, but if people stopped reading my books, I think I would stop writing.
There is also a measure of satisfaction when one of my books has been recognized with a literary award and I’ve been fortunate to have been honored several times over the years with various awards.
